Profile

Lindsey obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology in 2009, obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 2014 and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2015. Lindsey grew up in Red Deer and is excited to practice law at Altalaw LLP.

Lindsey practices Family Law, Collaborative Family Law, Real Estate and Wills and Estates. When practicing Family Law, Lindsey’s preferred method is through the Collaborative Law Process but will consider all methods of resolution (including litigation). Lindsey is happy to assist clients with their Estate Planning (drafting and executing Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Personal Directives) and Estate Administration matters, and she enjoys helping clients through a variety of Real Estate transactions. Lindsey strives to provide all her clients with efficient, practical, and reliable legal advice.

In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband Shaun and their son, practicing yoga, skiing, golfing and traveling.
